Privacy Policy & Booking Policies

At A-Learn To Drive In BC, we are committed to providing a professional, transparent, and positive learning experience. Please review the following policies regarding payments, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and lesson procedures.

Payment Methods

  • Payments are accepted by e-transfer or cash.
  • All prices are subject to 5% GST.
  • Payment can be made at pickup or after your lesson has been confirmed.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson.
  • Lessons canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
  • If you arrive 10 minutes late, your lesson will continue for the remaining scheduled time, while the full lesson fee will still apply.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the instructor may leave, and the lesson fee will not be refunded.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the lesson fee will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for driving lessons or road test sessions that have already taken place.
  • Refunds for unused lessons may be requested provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given before the scheduled lesson.
  • A cancellation fee may apply to refund requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson.
  • A $25 processing fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
  • For package refunds, any lessons already used will be charged at the regular individual lesson rate, and the remaining eligible balance will be refunded.

Please review these policies before booking your driving lessons. By scheduling a lesson, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable payment, cancellation, late-arrival, no-show, and refund policies.
